Battersea Power Station

I was walking across Chelsea Bridge the other day, and the plans for the water powered generators/fuel cells once again entered my mind. They have been on my mind for a while as a result of a whisper that the chemical formulae proposed for the engines/generators/cells needed tweeking. Thing is Battersea power station has stood empty for years and its right next to the Thames, so it'd be an ideal place for a water powered power station. Now all we need is for 6 and Defra to brief the PM, C4 can provide security, the actual components are not particularly revolutionary so it could be constructed very easily without drawing attention. So now along with Al Qumran we have a 21st century renewable green power source, this century was slow in beginning but may quicken up yet.
