Then surely a refrain must be 'clean water for all...not champagne for some!'. This treaty of Rome will not do, and when it is renegotiated, let the treaty be of Strasbourg. Non dieu mais la Dieu! Vivre Avignon! Vivre Lorraine!
Lorraine is an Imperial Dragon, certainly not 'The Dragon'. Let the Imperial Dragons of New Rome arise!
